Nathaniel Ebiem

Director

Nathaniel Ebiem is a Missouri-based licensed attorney with a law degree (LL.B)Legally trained in the laws of England and Wales, and a Master’s in Law (LL.M) from the prestigious Washington University. He brings a wealth of legal expertise to the healthcare industry.
With over 17 years of experience in home healthcare, Nathaniel has been instrumental in ensuring high-quality patient care while navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks. As the Director of Dayspring Home Healthcare, he combines his legal acumen with a deep commitment to healthcare excellence, driving innovation and compassionate service in the industry.
A man of strong Christian faith, Nathaniel is dedicated to serving others with integrity, compassion, and a deep sense of purpose. His faith guides his leadership, inspiring him to make a meaningful impact in both healthcare and the wider community.

Sharon Motsi

Operations Manager

Sharon Motsi is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSc in Adult Nursing and 12 years of healthcare experience. She specializes in vascular surgery, gynecological nursing, and dementia care, providing expert support to pre- and post-surgical patients and those with mental health conditions.
Beyond nursing, Sharon is passionate about mentorship and community service. She has worked with multiple charities, including Ruth Generation UK, mentoring and empowering young girls. Her dedication to both healthcare and mentorship reflects her commitment to making a lasting impact.

Diana Tambwe

Quality Assurance Coordinator

Diana is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSc in Adult Nursing and five years of healthcare experience. She specializes in diabetes care, vascular health, and surgical nursing, providing expert support to patients managing chronic conditions and recovering from procedures.
In addition to her nursing expertise, Diana is a Clinical Aesthetician, combining medical knowledge with aesthetic treatments to enhance patient confidence and well-being. Passionate about patient care, she is dedicated to improving health outcomes and delivering personalized treatment.
